The cycling route between Mislinja and Velenje follows the famous Štrekna railway trail, one of the most scenic cycling routes in Slovenia. Built on a former railway line, the route offers a smooth and traffic-free riding experience through forests, tunnels, bridges and open valley landscapes.
This section starts in Mislinja and gradually descends toward Velenje along a fully asphalted cycling path. The gentle downhill profile and stable terrain make the route especially suitable for endurance base rides, recovery cycling and indoor cycling training videos.
