This 24 km cycling route with GPX starts near the suspension bridge over the Savinja River on its left bank. The route follows a scenic gravel path upstream along the river, offering a calm and natural riding environment as it leads towards Kasaze, where it briefly crosses a local road.
The route then continues towards the Žalec–Griže road, crossing it near another bridge over the Savinja. A short section follows a regional road in the direction of Vrbje Pond, where the route quickly returns to a gravel path along the riverbank. This section provides a smooth and enjoyable ride surrounded by nature.
At the bridge near Matke, the route transitions from gravel to asphalt. It continues towards Šempeter v Savinjski dolini, crossing both a regional road and a railway line before turning towards Gotovlje. The route then passes over a highway viaduct and continues towards Pirešica.
The final section includes the only significant climb of the route, followed by a fast and technical descent. After the descent, the route turns right towards Lopata, where it finishes.
