This 12 km cycling route with GPX connects the railway stations in Celje and Šentjur. The route starts near the main railway station in Celje, where after a short distance it turns into an underpass beneath the railway line.
Immediately after the underpass, the route crosses a road and continues onto a dedicated cycling path. From here, the ride follows a mostly flat and well-maintained cycling route running alongside the railway line towards Teharje.
In Teharje, the route crosses a local road and continues on a separated cycling path towards Štore and further on to Šentjur. Most of the route is safely separated from motor traffic, providing a comfortable and steady riding experience.
However, there are several points where the cycling path crosses roads, so extra caution is required at these intersections.
